Role Objectives
To build and support the development and implementation of product strategies to support category objectives, including full marketing programs as well as general go-to-market plans and product line architecture.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3-4 years of professional working experience
Undergraduate degree
MBA or equivalent work experience
Must have experience in marketing or marketing-related function, ideally within a kid-targeted category like toys, entertainment, food, sports, video games, or another type of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) product or brand.
Responsibilities
Brand Management
Play an active role in product development, brainstorming sessions and review meetings, with global counterparts, to develop line plans, pricing, and US launch dates to grow the category.
Support leadership team and build 1 st pass of product pricing architecture based on US competitive landscape, including identifying US market gaps to develop exclusive product offerings by retailer (partnering with global partners), ensuring the offer fits into the US P&L strategy.
Support US Consensus forecast to ensure they align to total brand financial plans including topline, GM and DC% and roll-up to a profitable P&L.
Demonstrate an understanding of inventory levels and future forecasts to align to S&OP projections.
Drive the seasonal exclusive program ensuring item is included in overall line plan and meets margin expectations.
Support the Sr. leadership to share a robust go-to-market strategy across the full 360 asset wheel, driving the consumer path-to-purchase.
Manage and drive one category within a brand as determined by leadership, presenting strategic plans through to product selection & pricing.

Work Hours
8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday
8:30am – 3:00pm, Friday
30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.
Plus, reasonable additional hours due to multiple time-zones.
Moose also provides flexible working options.
Travel
Some domestic travel may be required.
Salary Band
USD $75,000 - $85,000

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone and other office productivity machinery, may need to reach, stoop, kneel to access items
Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time
