Celebrate World Marbles Day with ThinkFun’s FreeFall

If you’re looking for a modern way to celebrate the classic game of marbles this spring, ThinkFun encourages you to roll into hours of 3D play with FreeFall. The newest product from the world leader in fun brain games, FreeFall is a great way to put your spatial reasoning and dexterity to the test through dozens of challenges from maze construction to solution. The game is a clever twist on a marble run - making it a perfect way to mark World Marbles Day on April 7th, which celebrates the original marbles tournament that took place in 1588.

Conceived by Dan Kiltsner, best known for creating the line of “Bop It” audio toys, FreeFall takes classic marble run gameplay into a new dimension by creating a 3D labyrinth of pieces that connect without the need for a board.

Each of the 60 challenge puzzles begin with the players constructing the frame and arranging cups to build a free-standing maze. Once complete, players then work to solve the maze by dropping marble into the green starting cup. From there, they’ll have to carefully flip and turn their creation until the marble reaches its destination to prove they are true masters of gravity!
