The Toy Foundation’s (TTF) online auction in celebration of the 25th Anniversary Toy of the Year® (TOTY®) Awards is officially open for your bids! Featuring industry mentorship and service items; one-of-a-kind family experiences and international travel; and exceptional collectibles – all at can’t beat starting bids – every bid makes a difference in supporting TTF’s work to deliver the power of play to children when they need it most.

Bidding is now open online through the end of Toy Fair®, closing at 5p.m. (Eastern) on Tuesday, March 4. The auction is open to the entire toy industry and beyond; you do not need to attend the TOTY® Awards or Toy Fair to participate.

Auction items include:

• Brand-Building Services, including a Competitive Media Report & Analysis with Blue Plate Media Servies, Kid-Influencer Challenge Campaign with Zigazoo, and a Digital Advertising Package with Precise.TV;
• Exclusive Mentorship, including 1:1 sessions with Tim Kilpin, president of toys, licensing & entertainment at Hasbro, and Joe Burke, inventor and CEO of Ollyball;
• Family-Fun Experiences, including a VIP trip to the LEGOLAND® New York Resort, a memorable experience at American Girl’s New York location, and a “Crazy” Day of Invention at Crazy Aaron’s HQ;
• Relaxing Getaways, including a 5-star stay in Tuscany; a magical holiday in Playa del Carmen; and a “stay and sail” with America’s Cup Sail in Hilton Head, South Carolina;

TTF aims to raise $50,000 through auction bids and donations, with all proceeds supporting its work to deliver toys and fund play projects to children when and where they need it most. Reaching, and surpassing this goal, means TTF can distribute more of the industry’s toy donations, respond faster to natural disasters, and improve children’s hospital experiences with the comfort of play.

To join TTF at the TOTY Awards, taking place on February 28 in New York City. Be sure to purchase your tickets before they sell out. This celebration is the industry’s night to come together to honor the “best of the best” in the toys and games, celebrate the inductees into the Toy Industry Hall of Fame, and raise funds to support children in need.
