Interested in becoming an Astra Staff member?

Throughout the many years with Astra, I have seen our staff grow, shrink and then grow again. Even while we were smaller, we relied on outside consultants to carry out many of the tasks that take a lot of work and knowledge. As we have grown, we've been able to bring these back into our organization as staff members. The benefits are enormous in having staff on board as we believe it builds the sense of community and builds relationships with our members that is vital to Astra and allows us to get a great deal more done without watching "billable hours".

With this in mind, we are ready to bring in a Finance Specialist who will replace the accounting firm we now pay to do our detailed finances. This will allow us greater accounting on a daily basis to ensure that the money we bring in will always watched and allocated back into programs for our members.
