Department Overview
The Brand, Content, and Culture team within US Marketing strives to drive creative excellence and effectiveness to connect with our fans at the speed of culture and innovation. We do this by building high performing, creative forward teams across Campaigns, Social Media, Brand Partnerships, and Design. The Partnerships and Experiences team is responsible for the creative expression of our brand #IRL through unique, engaging experiences, as well as the expression of our Brand in some of the nation’s largest cultural moments. They also lead the strategy and execution of content and experiential for multicultural audiences in the US. This team drives lifelong fandom and memories with McDonald’s. Duties
In this role, you will contribute to these priorities in the following ways:
Develop US Marketing Experiential Strategy and oversee creation and execution of all US experiences
Develop, negotiate and manage all major US-based partnerships (ex: 23XI Racing Team, US expression of FIFA 2026, etc.)
Collaborate with Marketing Strategy to translate growth opportunities with key audiences (AACM, ACM, HCM, LGBTQ+) into content strategies to build campaigns that drive business outcomes and champion these strategies through US Marketing and with Owner Operator committees
Lead and develop multi-cultural depth integrated campaigns against audience business priorities
Lead team in building sell-in materials and orchestrating Owner Operator approvals for all marketing plans and expenses
Oversee production and agency scoping for 7+ creative and experiential agencies
Collaborate with Marketing Performance and Strategy Teams to prove effectiveness of all marketing activities
Leads a team of 5 people
Qualifications
Qualifications:



Experience in Marketing or related field required, either in-house or at an agency
Proven experience developing integrated communication strategies and campaigns
Complex partnership and experiential leadership experience
Strong knowledge of marketing standard methodologies and trends
Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Acute business and market(s) knowledge
Extended team People Management (5+)
Drive creative excellence and effectiveness
Influence + Negotiation skills
Excel in integrated agency management skills
Advertising Agency experience

Salary Ranges-$168,350.00 - $218,860.00
