About Us:

GPI has provided product design and development, board game manufacturing, and overseas product sourcing services to our customers around the world for over 40 years. Our client base includes individual toy and game inventors, mid-size companies, and some of the largest and most established businesses in the Toy and Game Industry.

Primary Purpose and Function:

We are looking for a seasoned, full time Project and Logistics Coordinator who is responsible for managing customer relationships. These relationships center on engaging in project management and freight forwarding processes for custom manufactured products.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Manage manufacturing projects for a select group of customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Writing project specifications and submitting manufacturing proposals to customers
Communications with overseas factory personnel pertaining to project costs and specifications
Managing project milestones
Collaboration with internal staff to ensure timely product safety testing
Coordinating the transfer of sourced items between overseas vendors.
Manage international freight forwarding processes
Knowledge and Skills Required:

4 year college degree and 5+ years relevant experience
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Preferred experience with China based manufacturing, importing
Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, G Suite applications, WhatsApp
