Title: Sales Manager

Established southern California toy company is seeking a Sales Manager responsible for national accounts within the U.S. The position is perfect for the right sales professional with top sales experience within the toy industry. Job Objective:

Sales manager is responsible for the development and performance of key national accounts. In addition to managing key accounts, responsibilities include managing and directing independent sales reps plus providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum growth inline with company vision and values.

Responsibilities:
 Develops customer buying plans and sales strategy
 Responsible for the performance and development of national accounts.
 Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
 Sales reps’ sales and activity performance.
 Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
 Creates and conducts proposals and presentations.
 Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
 Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business codes of ethics
 Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure client satisfaction.

Job Specifications:
o Toy/import knowledge and sales experience is a must.
o Experience with Microsoft software solutions.
o Willingness to travel and work with a global team of professionals.
